Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new store starts with a 14-day free trial of the plan you pick. You add a card at signup; if Keyplar isn't for you, cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Keyplar is flat monthly pricing with no per-order fees and no revenue share. Your payment provider's processing fees are the only per-sale cost, and those go to them, not us.
What counts toward storage and bandwidth?
Storage is the files you upload for download benefits. Bandwidth is metered when a buyer requests a download link. Orders, license keys, API calls, and portal traffic never count against anything.
What happens if I hit a limit?
You'll get a heads-up email at 80% and again at 100%. At the limit, new uploads pause — but every file your customers already have keeps downloading. Nothing is ever deleted.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing page. If you downgrade with more data than the new plan allows, your existing files keep serving — you just can't add more until you're under the limit.
Can I run more than one store?
Yes. Each store is fully separate — its own catalog, customers, domain, and subscription — and you can switch between your stores from one account.
