Keyplar subscriptions

Every new store starts with a 14-day free trial — the trial is the evaluation period, and canceling during it costs nothing. After the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; your store stays active until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made.

We don't prorate partial months as a rule. If something went wrong on our side — a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a service failure that kept your store from working — write to support@keyplar.comand we'll make it right.

Products sold through Keyplar stores

Keyplar is the delivery layer for stores run by independent merchants. If you bought a product from a store powered by Keyplar, your purchase and any refund are governed by that merchant's own refund policyand processed through their payment provider — contact the store you bought from. When a merchant issues a refund, Keyplar automatically revokes the refunded order's access: downloads stop, license keys are invalidated, and repository access is removed.
